How it works:


To begin, please complete our online quotation form with as much detail as possible. Include information such as the date, expected attendance for both day and evening, whether you'll need space for a bar/reception and dance floor, if you're planning to have a band or DJ, the full site address, and any specific requirements you might have. Once we receive this information, we’ll email you a proposed layout and a detailed quotation tailored to your needs.


If you are satisfied with the prices and specifications provided, we recommend reserving the marquee and its fittings for your chosen date by placing a 30% deposit. We typically advise booking the essential items first, so you can add any additional features as your special day approaches.


After reserving your marquee, you may wish to conduct site meetings, and you're welcome to make adjustments or increase the guest count right up until the delivery day, which usually occurs in the working week prior to Wednesday or Thursday. This schedule ensures ample time for caterers and other suppliers to set everything up. Following the event, we usually dismantle the marquee starting Monday, allowing you to use it again on Sunday for additional events, such as a family BBQ.

What size marquee should I choose for my wedding? 

There isn't a straightforward answer to this question, as the design and layout of your marquee can be tailored to your preferences, whether you prefer a casual or formal vibe. As a general guideline for seating guests, you can accommodate up to 10 individuals in each 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft) area. It’s important to consider if you prefer round tables seating eight to ten guests, or long trestle tables arranged in straight lines, as well as whether you'll need a traditional top table. Additionally, factor in the number of additional evening guests you plan to host, the space needed for a bar/reception area and a relaxation area, and how much space the entertainment zone will occupy. This will require more space if you include a band with a stage, a dance floor, and designated DJ areas.
